What's the difference between "Online" and "Offline" accounts?
Online accounts are investment products, insurance policies and other products / services offered by providers that are already integrated to Lynkos. These accounts receive live data feeds from their providers and as a user, you and your end customers are able to see real time valuations and every other account related data through Lynkos, in one place.
Offline accounts include the same types of products, but the product providers are not yet integrated to Lynkos. This means that as a user, you can create these accounts and use Lynkos as an administration and consolidation platform, and just like in usual CRM applications, you’ll have to update this data manually when required.
