What are "Moods"?

When creating notes to register interaction with your customers or managing accounts, you can specify a customer satisfaction level resulting from this interaction or process. At Lynkos, these satisfaction levels are called “Moods”.

Available options include “negative” (-), “neutral” (=) and “positive” (+).

In example, when calling a client, you might get a positive response from him regarding a specific transaction or business proposal. You may use the notes feature within the client profile to register this interaction, such as “Called the client today and presented the new long term savings account. He said the product is really interesting and should call him next week to arrange a meeting”. You should set a “positive” (+) mood for this note.

Your client’s profile will then show an overall “mood indicator”, letting you and your team know which is the customer’s satisfaction level with your organization.
