Direct Users are organizations that have subscribed directly to LYNKOS applications.

Indirect Users are organizations or individuals that get access to LYNKOS applications through Direct Users. For example, if your company is using our applications as a service delivered by a given product provider or wholesaler, then you are an Indirect User.
