How can I follow up customer or account issues?

LynkOs includes the most important CRM features which allow you manage your clients and accounts in a ver easy way.

You can setup alerts & reminders to either your clients or accounts by going to the Alert Center in the tab “More” and just activating the alert you want to start using.

Also add reminders to your private notes and upload/ download documents at will. You only have to go to the “Notes” tab and add a “Private note”, once there click “Notify” and set the reminder!
